I m posting the process of Home made PalPodi 😀😀😀
I m preparing PalPodi, thought I can share with pictures... Here we go ladies...
I have got 250 grams of kadukkai ( as once kottai taken away means it will be weighing less)
Ingredients
1. Kadukkai 100grams kottai neekkiyadhu
2. Krambu 25 grams
3. Indhuppu 5 grams

Process
1. Take out kottai from kadukkai.
2. Weigh all three ingredients
3. Take correct quantity of ingredients.
4. Grind all together.
5. Keep in air tight container as it wud be tightened...

Notes :
1. When u use this PalPodi you will feel like edho powder ottitu irukaramadhiri... So wash mouth properly... After that you can feel awesome refreshing cos of krambu n indhuppu....
2. This we can give to kids to use as if they swallow also no problem... Because it's eatable items only...
3. So inime if anyone ask uppu iruka ??? Krambu irukka ?? Unga paste la means you cud say adhan enga palpodiyenu... 😇😇😇
