With so much pain and whine
Causing disease both Mentally and Physically
Not allowing to expand
Not allowing to be what thyself is
Not allowing to live in the moment
Sometimes Truly wish to let it go
Honestly dont know how to do
With ease and peace
Sometimes just feeling to hold on
With loads of courage
And with loads of Love
Just Hold On
But without expectations
But With expansion !!
