Trust !!! 

Why do people fear to trust others,  closed ones, or the partner!??

Mmm what could be the base for it ?? 

Does one  believe in Thyself ? 

Does one really say whatever they want to do with so much confidence ?

Does one really do what he/she says 

Watch Thyself. Whether thyself does whatever is said. Just Witness Thyself. When one is not doing what has been said by him/her, then how could she/he trust others ?

One could say whatever they wish to do. If one could do the same, then it's awesome. If the situation is not favouring what has been said then, you need to convey the same that could not do... 

Firstly have faith in Thyself

Believe in Thyself

Trust Thyself

Have confidence to convey things when its not in the expected way. It's a little difficult to do, but it's really basic to do. 

When one trusts thyself, then slowly thyself starts trusting Fellows and then will start empathy towards others..
