My very own New recipe - Found it Accidently :)
This day started so peacefully with morning walk. Walking in the morning with The Rising Sun is always blissful. Watching the Sun is always awesome feel. The whole day went so well and I just flowed with so many activities with so much ease.
Time for The Sun to move west fully and The Moon started showing her face slowly from no moon day. And its dinner time. Me and Little one started preparing Poha for our dinner. Poha is the dish which is from North side of India and we both love it with Aloo bhujia and Makhana (Lotus seed).
I had cut the required onions, curry leaves and some green chillies. And kept ready all other ingredients with my favourite fried peanuts and cashews. Even the Puffed rice had been soaked and kept it separately.
As soon as the Pan was on right temperature started sauteing all ingredients and as soon as all cooked nicely I had put the puffed soaked rice in the Pan. I started stirring so all ingredients mix well. Fortunately or unfortunately the puffed rice became like flour and the dish Poha slowly started turning as some sort of thick wet flour which is cooked.
Me and little one were very hungry, so we just tasted whether salt is okay or not. Everything was perfect so I served in both of our plates with some bhujia and Mangos. As we both were very hungry we started eating as soon as it was prepared and served. That dish was so yummy.
And it remined me the Morkali which I had in some restaurant couple of years back. A beautiful Preparation of Poha which turned to Morkali !!!
And now I know how to make Morkali, LOL !!!
When ever we make mistakes and we find something from that and that will be remembered for our life time. Memories are getting added in our journey.
